A property’s tenant is its most valuable asset. We understand that high customer satisfaction is established through effective customer care – which is why we take our role as the owner’s representative towards tenants extremely seriously.
Our tenant follow-up process is systematised to ensure that we offer a high level of service and provide close follow-up in line with each individual tenant’s needs. In order to ensure a high level of satisfaction among our clients, we undertake annual tenant surveys.
As the contract manager, we follow up the commercial property’s tenancy agreements and tenants. This includes:
• Responsibility for letting and the renegotiation of contracts
• Invoicing and collection of rent and common costs
• Regulation of rent
• Follow-up of guarantees and deposits
• Correspondence with tenants and archive responsibility
